GLUTEN/WHEAT After discussions with Coeliac Society in 2002 and again in 2005, we have chosen to exclude products that contain yeast and yeast extract from this list as a precautionary measure. This accounts for any products that may not have a gluten containing cereal or derivative listed in the ingredient list but the product is also not listed in our Gluten list. This list of products has been compiled for consumers to assist in choosing products for specific dietary needs. This information relates only to the products themselves, not to any ingredients suggested as part of the make up directions or recipe suggestions. Information from the suppliers of the ingredients used to make these products state that they contain no detectable gluten or wheat components. Within the manufacturing process there is the possibility that trace amounts of gluten or wheat may be transferred into any product. Some individuals are extremely sensitive to the presence of gluten and/or wheat and reactions may occur to a very low level, which cannot be detected by current test methods. In this case we do not recommend any product as gluten and wheat components are used at the manufacturing site.
