to my sweet sweet boy
i’m repeating myself, but time is flying so quickly. i’m find myself stopping and just remembering. memorising the light in your eyes, and the joy being your mum at that moment in time.
have you SEEN outside today? just gorgeous.
spring makes me so happy - it’s so clear and sunny and i don’t feel like i need to wear a blanket to the shops. it’s actual flip flop weather!!
i stood outside for a few minutes - 4pm is my favourite ‘outside’ time. not too hot, not too cold, quiet and beautiful light.
love it.
coming home yesterday from getting some petrol, we spotted the end of a rainbow peaking over the hill ..
we got home and ran up to the guest room balcony and saw how huge it actually was!
very cool to see
i don’t like to comment on people i (used to) know, and i’m not a fan of the show - but all i will say is go Luke!
that is all. ![]()
he gives you not the last, but the 2 last chocolates in from the box he got for his own birthday

my parents are toying with the idea of selling their house and building a new closer to us (so the commute for my mum is better, petrol ain’t cheap - and she takes care of J while we work). of course being a design and architecture freak, i’m LOVING it. i love walking through the newest and freshest designs - i walk (no, run) around the display home with my mouth and eyes wide open looking like some sort of mental patient… but i don’t care
luckily for the general public, i can salivate over the houses online now - today’s favourite being Republica by Cosmopolitan.

the designer facade is to die for. i would move into the display home in 1 sec flat (but then leave to pick up Jasper and go straight back).
new homes these days have a media/theatre room which is perfect for my dad’s love of giant tv’s and my mum’s love of quiet time in another room. the master bedroom is generous, features a sex in the city style walk in robe to ensuite (not that my father would care, lol), and i think there’s enough room for them to relax in and also welcome guests now and then. my sister would love the extra room! the only down side is no seperate room for the study, but i think with some magic we could possibly add a wall somewhere..
i haven’t checked it out in person, but it’s only 5 minutes away so i’m tethering myself to my desk so i don’t magically appear on it’s doorstep.
